Columbia River Gorge View
We started out today on a wine tasting trip up to central Washington where we are meeting up with a couple of Bob's college friends and their wives. We left a day early and thought we'd try to take our time along the way for some photos and bird watching, with Richland WA as our final destination for the night.
The Columbia River Gorge was especially beautiful today due to the lack of wind and an almost glassy appearance, something you rarely see. We stopped for lunch in Hood River, and crossed over the river into WA to follow Hwy 14 east. The views were amazing!
Check out the other photos from the day on my Flickr page.
