Science in the kitchen...

If we're having a Sunday dinner the boys take it in turns to make the Yorkshires.
None of your neat round puddings here - these are mutated monsters :-)
The boys like to experiment and fine tune their mixture etc. to see who can make the biggest ones.
They've tried all sorts from varying the flour-egg ratio to adding fizzy water or even beer for more bubbles :-)
Anyway, here's Max's from a few weeks back and Luca's from today.
I'm half expecting them to be bursting out the oven door next time round :-)

ps. They taste great too and it's not unusal for the boys to get through 3 each!
