Hundreds and a thousand blips
It's an early blip for me today before I set off for a work trip to London and, as you can see, I have something to celebrate :-)
If you follow my journal, you'll already know that it has become my habit to reflect on my blipping whenever I reach a milestone:

I'll do the same at the weekend (when I have more time) to mark my 1000th blip, so do please drop by again on Sunday for the update.
Exercise today: I celebrated by 1000th blip with a return to a sub 27 minute morning run of 26'52", followed by the usual sit-ups and weights.
