At the market

Travelling to Samarkland, we stopped at a bustling market town called Shahrisabz. I really enjoy the bread in Uzbekistan, it has a similar taste and texture to ciabatta, it is made into a round with a pattern stamped in the middle. The bread is made daily early in the morning, then bought to the market to sell. This lovely stall holder was having an enjoyable chat and laugh with the local women as they bought their bread.
