Nearly Sunset

A very pretty sky tonight after a cold day which has included very heavy rain and some warmish sunshine intermittently.

We went to buy a beige carpet this morning for the bedroom. I've never had so much trouble picking a carpet. I thought beige would be easy. How many different beiges are there? We didn't manage it this morning be cause I had to dash off to be a lady who lunches.

So, we went back this afternoon and eventually managed to pick a suitable sized off cut to be fitted next week. We also managed Laura Ashley for Wallpaper and Curtains. A busy day but at least the bedroom should be pretty much finished by this time next week.

Still dislike the stool - have got some material to attempt recovering it.
