Almost 50 shades of grey!

Between drains and water softener education today...oh yes....and buying a kitchen (!!!!!) I tried out paint samples in the bedroom. Our difficulty is that we are keeping the carpet which is deep pink/red throughout all the bedrooms. It was a kitchen or carpets and the kitchen won!

I have decided that grey will look good with the carpet (and also flirted with ivory) and so here you can see several shades I am trying. I cannot believe how different they look from the way they do on the sample pot! Always surprised as well at what a difference the second coat makes. Top left here is my current favourite and Robin likes the middle one of the top row...decisions, decisions.....
