Holly decided to help me study for my chemistry test yesterday. She is not much help when it comes to studying. Instead, she wanted to lie across all of my papers. I should have just pushed her away from me, but I felt bad for her since she hardly gets to see me now that school started and I have been traveling on the weekends. So I let her lie with me while I tried to study. Once she started lying on my lap it turned into a regular picture session with my cat. She does the funniest things when she is tired and yesterday it seemed as if she was actually trying to study for my chemistry test with me. When I would actually try to study and pay less attention to her she would get upset and try to get my attention back to her. She taps me with her paws until I finally give in and pet her. I try to ignore her as much as possible, but it is nearly impossible since she never gives up. Once I finally gave in it was going on 10 and I was extremely tired and I had gotten none of my studying done. So I had to wake up early today just to study since Holly prevented me from studying last night.
