removing meat for dinner from the freezer!

This morning I thought I had removed sausages, tonight I realised it was sausagement, and after promising Geoff toad in the hole, I no option other than to improvise.

It tasted all right and I managed to cook the meat through and not burn the yorkshire.

Raining really hard/horizontal here at the moment!
