Back to the old...

Carrot cakes for work.

I've not properly baked and cooked food in batches for quite some time - especially as I've studied non stop for the past year - so today I did just that.

I've promised my colleagues I'd bake for them for weeks and only got round to doing it today, and the carrot cake is the cake of choice!

Alongside these I've cooked up a batch of butternut squash, coconut and chilli soup to keep me warm now the autumn has arrived. X
