Rainy, rainy day

I think it's rained nearly non-stop today. Luckily for me I spent most of it in bed after working last night but woke up to rain and when I had a shower I might have thought Shrewsbury was being bombed the thunder was that loud and rolling.
It did ease off for a spell this afternoon so I went for a bit of fresh air and a stroll to the shop to get bread and stuff. Plenty of water still on the ground though.
