A Real Treat

Scotch Eggs? So what! I can hear you wondering aloud.

These, my friends are Gluten Free Scotch Eggs. I have not eaten Scotch Eggs in perhaps 30 years or more.

It was worth every penny of the trip to Marks & Spencer at Fosse Park on the M1 near Leicester to get a packet. And a gluten free Cheese and Onion Quiche too.

Just in case you think eating gluten free is pernickety, I was diagnosed as coeliac while hospitalised in 1987 weighing just 47 kg. I was lacking in iron, calcium, potassium, Vitamin K, etc etc, close to death.
