Thundery Thursday

Sun, wind, rain, sun, cloud, sun, rain, thunder, lightning, sun, rainbow, rain...what a variety pack of a day, weather-wise.

I didn't really feel up to a battering from the crazy, woolly, wild weather today and even considered not going out at all, which is not like me. After finding myself sitting on the bed, looking miserably out of the window at the gloomy grey skies, my face looking drab like a sad cod, I thought "What are you doing? Stop wasting your time off work and get out there lazy woman!" So put on my ugly waterproof jacket, hood up and finally left the house at the very late time of 4.00 p.m. to walk under the Thames foot tunnel and along the river to Canary Wharf. That blew away the cobwebs!
