Inspection - Day 1!

I spent part of the day in the Infant Department staffroom today having been ousted from my normal home in the Junior staffroom so the inspectors can use it.

There I saw this cartoon which I immediately blipped and sent to my Sister-in-Law who is a TA!
As it is on my phone it will do nicely for a blip too!

The 'Lead Inspector' and one other arrived at 8am and were still there when I left at about 5.30. They just looked at paperwork on school policies and procedures today.
The other 3 arrive to join them tomorrow and all the lesson observations and interviews with children, parents, PTA, governors and staff will start and continue until Friday morning.
