Its very easy to travel in this area, comfortable and spirits are high - John fixed a lighting problem* We are now next to a bird reserve near the coast and camped a hundred metres or so from the entrance along with another dozen vans.

* the lighting system is on two ring mains, one wasn't working. The fuse box area was opened up with the info written in German - the van was a private German import at one time hence the left hand drive. On one of the jollies we ventured into Germany and in the planning I downloaded one of those free apps each for German, Spanish and French translation that can be used without wifi (Good for road signs). All have proved useful, the German app certainly was yesterday. All the words in the fuse box could be found on the app. Now sorted and now with a list of translated words for heater, charger etc.

A great day on the bird reserve with sightings of Kingfisher, Water rail, some good shots of a Jack snipe, shovelers, mergansers, spoonbill, Kev the Coypu,
Small and great egrets, spotted red shank ....

Having fixed the lighting fuse there is now an issue with the hot water system. Perhaps not so easily fixed. C'est la vie.
