Full sail

Today was spent on lake Windermere. Took a boat ride across the lake and then walked about 5 miles down the other side. It was a very nice walk although towards the end I was flagging a bit. Then it was a quick ferry ride back across to Bowness where we stopped and had a coffee and then onto a bigger boat to take us back to where we had come from. Although there were bouts of rain during the day they were usually whilst we were in wooded areas or on the boats so it didn't really bother us.
We had a lot of trouble finding somewhere to eat tonight. Kendal seems to close down at night with a lot of the restaurants finishing about 6pm. The few that were open were full. We ended up in a very nice little curry house.
