Punkins

We started the day with a visit to the Great Glass Pumpkin Patch on the lawn of the Monroe County Courthouse. This was a display of about 500 hand blown glass pumpkins made by glass artists in Bloomington and sold to raise money for their guild. There were some really pretty pumpkins in just about every color imaginable. It was a perfect fall morning too, and the rest of the day was pretty nice as well. The fall colors are elusive thus far, but I’m hoping they start popping out before I have to leave.
