Yeah right
So then I started to think.
Well not started to, but more isn't it about time.
If I can take funky, flattery pics of other people, why can't I try and take one of me too so my boys will remember how I looked in middle age.
So I did.
And here it is.
And if the essence of good portraiture is about the intimate collaboration between the man behind the lens and the one in front, how does that relate here?
It's certainly easier with the fixed 50mm as I'm not having to deal with gravity doing it's thing on the telefoto, bit touch and go given I wanted a defined focal point with a large aperture. This was natural light on the porch before the morning rush, hand held.
SOOC.... ;-).... yeah right!
