Tarte Tatin (Apple)

1. Place prepared ingredients in oven and allow pastry to rise a lot.
Take out of oven.
2.Flip over.
3. Finished product (a little burnt in this case but still extremely tasty).

If time make another one for teacher (two people did!).

Been at college again with a bunch of young people doing a catering course.
