Angry and tired

I really would like to slap some people. Hard.
Others I could hug.
Unfortunately angry me has been at the forefront later today.
So much so that I used the word "bumblef**k" to describe someone. it was not a colleague!!!
I don't even know where that word came from.
It's 8.15. I am going to take my tablets and go to bed. The world will go away when I get under my duvet!!!
