Wet, wet, wet

We seem to have gone from an Indian summer to a very wet autumn overnight. It has rained almost non-stop since Sunday night, and while we needed it after the long, dry summer, it is now excessive and many roads around here are getting flooded - like this little road, that almost looks like a river. This is a very deep puddle that extends all along this road and while I was stepping through it carefully in my wellies, surprised at how deep it was, Murdoch thought he was swimming and loved going into it.
