Mr Magpie, you are such a bully around the feeders in my garden, but you are handsome set against those red leaves.

Another busy day of painting, with the added loveliness of meeting the lovely Sara, an artist friend for a blether at Mary's Milk Bar on the Grassmarket. Most delicious chocolate and spiced pumpkin ice-cream - definitely recommend it!

Tomorrow i'm off to see my boys, looking forward to hearing about their adventures!
