Family day

After the first few days of the October break spent working we had a family day. I played the matriarch and dictated that we shld go to the beach. We had a glorious walk from Aberlady over the sand dunes to the beach. When we arrived at the beach a lovely man came over to point out the remains of ww1 submarines that we're currently exposed by the tide. So we had a fab time exploring them before heading back to the car and having a very nice tea at Archerfields. Glorious day!
