Today we found a surprise visitor in the outdoor kennel! The dogs would not go near their kennel and we found out why - a hedgehog! The weather was a lot cooler today and it was obviously looking for a warm shelter! It caused a lot of excitement and we had to take the children to look - it was a particularly hedgehog!

Philip and I used to have a few hedgehogs that used to patrol the outside of the house at Cropthorne and they can be incredibly quick when scared! This one seemed oblivious to the hoards of little visitors and 2 barking dogs!
