Me and My Shadow

I went for another long walk this afternoon and stopped off on my way back home at our outdoor gym in the local park. These are popping up all around London now. Today I felt brave enough to have a go on one of the 'machines' and I secretly quite enjoyed it - especially as the sun was out!
