To every thing there is a season....

Just 4 weeks ago this field had just been harvested - it had been sugar beet and it looked like this
The beet has gone to the factory, the ground ploughed, prepared and planted and the winter wheat already growing.
We are so fortunate in this country that we can plant with every anticipation of a harvest - so many third world farmers have to cope with floods, drought or war; all of which could result in no harvest at all.
