Red balloons for Blip's 10th birthday - MANY happy returns and thanks for all the fun!

Taken outside the Electric Cinema, the UK's oldest working cinema - it showed its first silent movie on 27th December, 1909. Had a chequered history since then, but now a fun experience - we took the lads, and had cocktails and an an antipasti platter, which we took in with us - if you buy a sofa seat, you can text your order through and they'll bring it in to you during the film.

We watched Ida - what a beautifully shot film! Black and white - the lighting and the composition is incredible throughout. Anyone interested in photography (all blippers?) should see it for the filming alone.
