" THE LONG AND WINDING ROAD "

Well today we managed to get to 17.00 without rain, even saw the sun. Which was just as well because at work Sir was involved with having his driveway laid to concrete. This is the second week of not being able to park at work, having to leave the car in a field at the top of the hill. The above blip is the walk I have to take to get to the field so I'm having to wear wellies and get wet most days. Just one more week of this mess before the concrete will be set.

Saw the doctor today regarding the arthritis which is now in my knees, hips, elbows and parts of my hands. So I will be off to have an Xray and physio, preferring not to go down the pill routine.

This damp weather is not helping either and in Postman Pat land would live somewhere warmer but it's not possible with the boys remaining in Taunton and still needing our constant input!

Day off tomorrow and it's stained glass lesson so I will be planning to finish my third Tiffany lampshade. Hopefully he will be pleased with me this time.

Also collecting Matthew for a weekend with us and he has planned for us to go to Sidmouth. Me thinks a new book is the proverbial 'dangling of carrot'!!

Hope you have all come through Thursday unscathed. Dave the rave has managed to work in his garden. Redflash has survived another day in the big city, Mr Schorschi is still free of more 'stones' and Life is a challenge's knees are on the mend. We are all in the 'big soup' together, fighting our different corners. Sending hugs to you all. xxx
