Hold my flip-flops, I've pulled!

We rented bicycles for a very hot journey to a 30ft cave in Vang Vieng, not before we'd had the obligatory stop off at the river bars for a couple of BeerLaos and to watch the mayhem begin to unfurl...

This was the Blue Lagoon at the bottom - there was a VERY steep climb up to the mouth of the cave so jumping into this gorgeous pool was a great reward! The guy in the picture jumped in shortly afterwards and lay submerged for a good 30 mins as we jumped in with the fish (you can just see them in the bottom left corner) - well worth the bike ride! The ride back was definitely more enjoyable as the sun dropped and we met school kids along the way.

Headed to Ninco's at night for some gorgeous bbq pork & chicken and to watch the drunkards return from their 'tubing' exertions.
