Tommy's Pond

A local pond here in Metuchen that is well known for ice skating in the winter. Right now it's looking nice and autumnal with the changing trees and the leaves on the ground. A fountain was added to help aerate the water in the pond.

I was out running errands and drove past and then backed up and parked to take a few pictures. I was tempted to sit on the bench and relax for a few minutes but I had to get back to the puppy.
Dillon is doing really well and has already learned to sit and give us his paw. Now if I could just get him to stop biting everything in site.
He was biting on my purse today that was hanging from the back of a chair. I put that on the table and turned around and he had my grandson's sneaker. I got the sneaker away from him and he starting biting on the handle of my kitchen cabinet.
I took him outside and walked him around the property a few times and then had my grandson running with him. I think that finally pooped him out.
