On the light side...

At one end of the boardwalk sits this lighthouse. So before I made the turn back around to head back I took this shot and even though the lighthouse is no long functioning as a lighthouse, it is a wonderful museum with tours provided.

The air was heavy with moisture walking by the ocean. Misty at first, then the sun came out for a while. It was the kind of air that makes everything feel wet even though it's not raining. The wind was blowing pretty hard from the south so walking back along the boardwalk proved to be tougher for two reasons. It was the second half of the walk and you are already a little tired and walking against the wind made it feel like you were struggling to get where you were going. Still, the fresh air was worth the effort. It felt good afterwards.

I wish I had a blue sky behind this lighthouse to make it really stand out but the weather just kept changing too fast. I do loving being there at the beach, no matter what the weather.
