Buddies

We went to a charity fundraiser Bmx race this afternoon, fashionably late as per. The children were delighted to see their friend Nell again! Dylan managed to miss all the heats of his race, go straight into the final and then realise he was in a race half way through when he spectacularly went from last place to win. He was made up with his medal, certificate, stickers and new grips for his handlebars. Hudu won some pants in the raffle and lily won a set of pink pads (which she's modelling in the pic) so happy all round I'd say!

Had an hour or so feeding the ducks and playing in the park afterwards. Lily wasn't so pleased that a greedy goose bit her finger when snatching bread from her hand however. They are now known as 'naughty ducks'.
