At Last . . .

After five or six years, maybe seven or eight the executers have given up going for a greedy price and finally sold Chuggy’s old place for development.

The ground has been cleared (about an acre at the back), the foundations for the house extension dug (about a mile deep it would seem – we do get a lot of heave around here) and the water standpipe is in place. What more do you want apart from a gurt big digger?!?!
