One Kahn from Another
A view from the Sculpture Terrace of the Yale University Art Gallery in New Haven CT, showing the Yale Center for British Art on the left, across Chapel Street. Both buildings were designed by Louis Kahn (1901-74), a leading American architect of the 20th century.
We visited with my son Adrian and stopped briefly by the Art Gallery. It has been extensively renovated in the last couple of years, and I had not seen the Sculpture Terrace.
A year ago we had a dinner with family and friends in our New York apartment.
