Tough day

This is some of my football refereeing kit, after use this weekend and before laundering and cleaning.
Today was tough.
I had the coach/trainer from hell to cope with during a match
I was refereeing in Nottingham.
No names but a matter to be referred to the FA for action.
I did not enjoy being abused.
Quite a challenge to one's equanimity, and the worst I have had to contend with for quite a few years.
