Back home

Nic and I made a cake this morning ready for her bake off challenge at work, I love baking, Nic not so much but it turned out fab so she's got it!! We had a lovely lunch out and then had some good family time altogether with J and M and B tasting Nics cake and getting sorted. Exciting times ahead! My girls were so pleased to see me when I got home, we had roast dinner at mum and dad's. Mum has been very busy winning trophies at a flower competition but this was one of 10 table arrangements she'd made last Tuesday for a Rotary event.

Heidi told Mark a joke today 'where do fish keep their mummy', I don't know, 'in the river bank'. No Heidi he said it is where do fish keep their MONEY, no no NO daddy she protested it is 'mummy', no no Heidi it is 'money' he said, 'but fish don't HAVE money' she shouted back and he couldn't argue!
