Patch

This is Patch, one of my top ten favourite clients. Patch is one of the nicest dogs you could ever meet especially considering she doesn't have a particularly caring owner. It's really sad to hear her owner shouting at her in the waiting room as she is never doing anything wrong. We always give her lots of attention and cuddles when she's in the room, like Emily is doing here.

Heidi's catchphrase at mum and dad's after school has been 'you silly goose' at high volume repeatedly today!
