Moving in

Nearly.

We spent the morning at IKEA and, having hired a van, son Alex made a considerable number of purchases ( glad I wasn't paying!) for his new home.

Here he is unloading the sofa into his living room (the black chandelier isn't staying!) and the other major purchase was a bed.

He also bought a fridge this morning but the first things that went in were a kettle and a TV!

We've left him there now putting it all together and, who knows, he may even be able to sleep there tomorrow night before he has to return to Scotland on Wednesday!
