It's been a pretty rubbish day today. Despite my best efforts at finding a babysitter, I wasn't able to make the funeral of a friends father this afternoon. She understood but I still feel bad.

Managed with the help of a friends husband to clear the heavy mirrors from the old house. So they are now taking up a corner in my bedroom. Too many reflections. :{

Little Miss E is going through full on terrible two/ almost threes! With no respite from the constant waking, calling out and screaming, I'm a very tired and emotional mummy who's just hanging in there.

I think my next mission will be to curb the screaming. The ear piercing screaming. The easy option would be to walk about with ear defenders or noise reduction headphones on!

Still no news on the exchange and completion on the old house. They say moving is the most stressful...I can see why.
