Renewal

Feet didn't touch the ground today as I was thrown back into work and went spinning from one meeting to another, including a (delicious) lunch with an unusual combination of people and later a chat to an interesting group of new staff. On the way back from lunch passed St Andrews Square where the massive demolition project continues...will have to do for my blip today.
Mainly feel exhausted and like I'm scrabbling to catch up....probably a combination of having been away from the office so the inevitable huge pile of stuff waiting for my attention and the darkening days which always leave me feeling drained. Hey ho...here comes winter I suppose!
