Mangled

First, the yoga class.

Next, the roll and tattie scone and egg at the excellent local Garden Centre, Craigend Nursery, where they have artefacts like this mangle on outdoor display.

P.S. This morning a member of our yoga class took two phone calls during class, one during relaxation. On neither occasion did she leave the room - our teacher had to ask tell her to do so - and her voice was at increased volume! When the teacher asked at the end that we make sure our phones are off during class the woman protested that it had been an important call! And this wasn't a digital native, but a woman in her 50s! Honestly, the rudeness and self-obsession of some folk drives me crackers.
