Do you have Pampas Grass in your garden? My friend once bought a house with several plants in the front garden, but after we told her the secret code, she had them cut down in no time. Her doorbell stopped ringing quite so much after that.

We seem to have got off lightly from Hurricane Gonzalo but how the temperature has dropped today. The combination of the wind and sun made some fantastic noises as it rushed through the plants at Saughton Park. I was the only person enjoying it's beauty today.

The wind also blew all the apples off of my tree. Time for a pie or two Sheila.
