These potatoes are the best looked after potatoes ever!

I visited a farm where the farmer bored and found spring water. He then decided to start making chips by first washing the potatoes three times in spring water. After chipping they are treated with an organic whitener.

The result is perfect chips with a fraction of the fat in a normal chip!

Simple!
