Around the bend

Bit chilly today.Spent the morning sorting out and housing more cattle.
After lunch had an inspection from the Farm Assurance assessor, which involves a look round the farm and livestock, then a mound of paper work and records checks. Passed OK again. Would have been upset if we hadn't because you have to pay to be a member of the scheme and come up to standard.
Stopped in Gorebridge to get a photo of the freshly laid rail tracks on the Borders Railway. Got all excited on Monday when I saw the train busy laying rails, but was rushing to Stirling so couldn't stop.At this rate the line may be open on time next September. I fancy a trip to Galashiels and back when it does, just to say I've done it.
