Took a trip to one of my favourite places. The Wild Place Project in Bristol. Its a fantastically quiet, low key, attraction and conservation site for kids. Its full of wonderful sensory experiences for them, with acres of woods to roam, places to hide, places to get mucky, things to climb and animals to see. I haven't been since Spring, so I was very excited to see the wolves. Such beautiful animals I could watch all day. They have been brought down from the Highland Wildlife Park, and I was glad to see they have ample roam to live and explore, albeit not as I'd like, but after talking to one of the volunteers I understood the important conservation value of having them.
The munckins loved the barefoot trail as always, walking on stones, sand, rubber , glass and all sorts. But... no matter where you go, its always the muddy puddles that are the most fun. Hence my Blip for today.
The non screaming mission? Well, not as good as yesterday. Time wasn't built in a day. :/
After buying the biggest pumpkin in the world, we dropped in on G and his wife on the way home, to collect my prints from the exhibition Exhibition Prints. The kids were spoiled with chocolate biscuits!
