Primitive

This retro item sits on our wall, slightly out of place amongst the more minimalist IKEA decor we have.

I've always thought it was a quite cool as not only does it look like a throwback to the 70s but it reminds the geek in me of a PRD (Primitive Root Diffuser). You find these in recording studios and anechoic chambers.

So, it's purpose in our house?

A doorbell cover.
