Pumpkin Pops

We have a colleague in our staff room who bakes. A lot. So much so that we have a suggestion box entitled the 'What Claire Should Bake Next' box.

These suggestions have ranged from things like Cranberry Croissants to Bakewell Cupcakes to Nutella Filled Doughnuts - all of the which have been amazing. Last week's pick for this week was simply the suggestion of 'Lots!' so Claire surprised us with these beauties.

I thought I'd blip my appreciation as she had a pretty rough day today. Also the suggestion box was a looking a little light so I replenished it.

Hope things are a little better now. :)
