rain

it's been raining all day. this afternoon, it lightened up a bit, so i loaded my gear and drove to the cove. i imagined wonderful misty shots. perhaps the sun would break through. when i got to the cove, it was back to a steady rain. i backed into the parking space, leaving my wipers going, and tried for a shot. this is it - the trail of a wiper blade and one lone raindrop backed by the spruce i was trying to capture. i imagine mother nature thoroughly enjoyed that moment.
