Giving in...

You should never give in to pester power, it only gets worse. These two had saved up pocket money to buy these lego sets, both of them achieved their goal amount today and yes, I gave into pester power to go to the supermarket to buy them. I did feel quite proud of them as they used the self service tills by themselves and put their own money in from their own wallets. And now they are building and we have police folk and motorbike robbers in a game with starwars utapau troopers...and D is dressed as a ladybird...naturally!

Meanwhile I have a cuppa and a slice of freshly baked chocolate muesli bread... Oh no, just ruined the "it's a hard life being mum" argument again!
