One bed apartment, recently renovated. Privet sale

The thatch on the Owl Fella's dwelling was in need of attention. There was nothing for it but to climb the hated ladder and get stuck in. The safer stepladder is not high enough. I'm glad it's finished, I thoroughly distrust ladders.
The Owl Fella thought the whole thing was a hoot.
