I have cycled past this spot on the way to and from work for the past 3 years and have never noticed this notice. Why would you as it's buried deep at the bottom of the fence, which incidentally is the fence to Edgbaston cricket ground.

It's not so much the notice that interests me but the person who put it there. I'd love to know why.
